Rates Are Rising. Ours Aren't.

The Bank of England has raised interest rates to 4%. Our rates are not changing. Here's what that means for your business, whether you already work with us or are thinking of applying.

Today the Bank of England put interest rates up to 4%. Our rates are not changing.

For many business owners, news like this brings a familiar worry. When the base rate goes up, the cost of borrowing often follows. Plans get put on hold, and decisions that felt simple yesterday suddenly need a second look.

We don't want that to happen to the businesses we work with. So we've made a simple decision: our rates are staying exactly where they are.

Why we're keeping our rates the same

The timing matters. The months ahead are busy for many businesses. Some are buying stock. Others are taking on new contracts, hiring, investing in equipment or keeping cash flowing while they wait to be paid.

Whatever you're planning, it often takes funding. If borrowing costs go up just as you need it, that squeezes your margins and makes good plans harder to justify.

We don't want to make growing your business cost more. Keeping our rates steady means you can carry on with your plans, without the rate rise getting in the way.

Here's what this means for you

  • If you already work with us: nothing changes. Your rate stays where it is, so you can keep planning with confidence.
  • If you're thinking of applying: you'll get the same rates we offered before today's announcement. No surprises, no last-minute changes.
  • If you're not sure what you need yet: talk to us. We'll help you work out the right amount and the right term for your business.

We're not going anywhere

When costs rise, it's tempting for lenders to pull back. We're doing the opposite.
