Overview

As a Business Funding Specialist you'll be the first voice many business owners hear from Elect Capital. You'll qualify inbound applications, understand what each business needs the capital for, and walk owners through their offer until the funds land. It's a fast-paced, target-driven role with uncapped commission and a clear path to senior positions.

What you’ll do

  • Respond quickly to inbound applications and qualify each business's funding needs.
  • Review bank statements and trading history with underwriting to structure the right offer.
  • Present offers clearly, answer questions on terms, and guide owners through to funding.
  • Keep an organized pipeline in the CRM and follow up with renewals and repeat clients.
  • Share feedback from the market with product and marketing to sharpen how we sell.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years in sales, ideally in business lending, merchant cash advance, or financial services.
  • Confident on the phone and comfortable working to monthly targets.
  • Clear, honest communicator who can explain terms in plain language.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up habits.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • A network of business owners or referral partners.
