Overview

Funding is the start of the relationship, not the end. As a Client Success Manager you'll be the main point of contact for funded businesses, helping with questions, keeping repayments on track, and spotting when a client is ready for more capital. You'll make sure every business owner feels supported long after their first deal.

What you’ll do

  • Own a portfolio of funded clients and be their go-to contact.
  • Proactively check in, resolve issues, and support clients through any difficulties.
  • Identify renewal opportunities and hand qualified clients back to sales.
  • Track client health and repayment performance across your portfolio.
  • Feed client insights back into our product and process.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years in customer success or account management, ideally in financial services.
  • Empathetic, patient, and solutions-focused.
  • Organized enough to manage a large portfolio without anything slipping.
  • Comfortable with difficult conversations handled with care.
